Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my tickets?
You will not be receiving your ticket badges via mail or email. You and your team’s ticket badges will be available at the Cal Jam registration booth on the first floor of the Segerstrom lobby. The Cal Jam registration booth will be up and running from 2pm-6pm on Thursday, February 23rd. On Friday and Saturday morning, the registration booth will open at 7:30am. We highly suggest taking advantage of early pick-up on Thursday, as lines tend to be very hectic on the Friday of Cal Jam. Be sure to hold onto your name badge since it’s your entrance pass for the weekend.
I can't make it to Cal Jam, but I've already bought tickets. What do I do?
Beginning in 2016, we have implemented a strict refund policy. There are no refunds for pre-purchased California Jam tickets. In a few circumstances, we may allow a refund but will require a $35 processing fee. If your ticket total was over $1000, we will take a 5% processing fee. For more information or to inquire about a refund please email email@example.com with the subject: Cal Jam Refund.
Can I sit with my friends?
Seating is determined by the time of ticket purchase. If you order tickets at the same time as friends, you will be seated near each other. There are no guarantees regarding the Seating Preference box you fill out during an online purchase, however, we do our best to make reasonable accommodations based on these requests.
Can I attend the Gala Dinner or After Party without attending the main event?
No. You may only attend extracurricular events if you have tickets to the main event.
When do speakers go on stage and where can I find the speaker I want to watch?
We do not post the time for each speaker until a few days before the event. Each speaker shares the same stage, as our event takes place in a singular theatre, The Segerstrom's main stage. If you’re in your seat for the entire show - you will see every speaker!
How do I sign up to receive CE Credit as a California Jam Attendee?
Located in the left –back lobby of the Segerstrom Center will be the CE Desk. Here you will pay for your CE Credits and secure a packet with a CE Certificate, a hard paper Attendance Form and a blank envelope (that you must self-address). All three of these items MUST be returned to the CE Desk at the end of California Jam. Friday and Saturday the CE Desk will remain in the left-back lobby. On Sunday the CE Desk will be in the same location as the Sunday X-ray program. As per the rules and regulations of each respective State Licensing Board – trained CE Officers and CE Staff will monitor the CE attendees for their presence within the LIVE LECTURE hall of California Jam. CE will be earned for all hours of live lecture attendance – dependent on the amount of hours approved by each respective State Licensing Board. There are NO refunds and NO CE Credit will be awarded for hours not present in the live lecture hall and/or if all 3 documents are NOT returned to the CE Desk (CE Certificate, a hard paper Attendance Form and a blank envelope - you must self-address). You may not mail, fax nor e-mail your CE documents. NO Exceptions.
Can I buy tickets at the event?
